Services

Lead, Listen, Study, Find, Create
Observatory Drive.com
provides many services for clients whom are thinking about ideas for neighborhoods, city-blocks, buildings, interiors, and storefronts.

We are experienced with design, architecture, and entrepreneurial ventures.
We listen to clients and their concerns to plan their short & long term goals.
We lead teams, study places, find patterns, and create options.

Information and Ideas
Observatory Drive.com
presents information and ideas in many forms:
* Proposals, Workshops, and Presentations
* Reports, Diagrams, Sketches, and Drawings
* Projects transformed from ideas into realities...
...such as renovating a storefront into a new grocery store called:
Downtown Grocery.com - a Local Organic Grocery Store.

Three of many services:

1  The Walk & Talk
Tour client's space for 90 minutes and discuss project. Write a one-page review noting ideas and proposing actions. Send review to client in a few days.

2  The One-day Workshop
Spend about one-day to study a project and prepare documentation. The plans, drawings, and documentation help visualize ideas but they are not intended for bidding, construction or agency approval.

3  The Custom Program
Contact Observatory Drive to discuss a customized program.

What value does Observatory Drive bring to your project?
We guide clients to visualize ideas for buildings, indoor spaces, and outdoor places. We help clients realize limitations in renovating a facility, yet we offer possibilities to renew that same facility to meet their short and long term goals. Renewing a facility resourcefully maintains a structure, respects previous investments, and recognizes the value contained within an existing facility.

People, Projects, and Possibilities
Projects and programs developed by Observatory Drive.com will grow, nurture, and promote local talent and knowledge to help us reveal our own possibilities.
